A chilling discovery has sent shockwaves through Ward Number 27 of Hooghly-Chunchura Municipality after municipal employees unearthed a human skeleton from a dustbin. The alarming find was made during routine cleaning operations, immediately drawing widespread attention and concern across the locality.
According to information received, municipal workers were carrying out their usual duties of clearing a dustbin when they noticed a suspicious-looking plastic packet. Upon opening the packet, they were horrified to find a human skull inside, confirming the presence of human remains. The discovery instantly spread sensation throughout the area, prompting an immediate notification to the authorities.
Police have since arrived at the scene and launched an investigation into the mysterious find. The area has been cordoned off as forensic experts are expected to examine the site and the remains.
